Good evening boyos , it's a very sad day for me like usual , so for reference my body weight is 71 kgs , and I am 5'11-6 feet tall and 17 years old , my body looks completely normal and no one can say that I'm skinny or fat , infact when I have a shirt on , it looks like I workout a little , not coping btw there are literal people that tell me this , but I have 0 strength , I can't do a single pushup, I can't run very fast , I can't do a single pull up, I loose in arm wrestling with my friends . I have been starting to go to the gym and my diet is good too - 10 eggs ,500ml raw milk , lamb ,oats , etc. Yet I have the strength of a 15yo polish girl while physique wise I look like a completely regular guy with slightly wide shoulders - also forgot to mention without the shirt on I do have a belly so technically I'm skinny fat. Pls tell me how to fix all of this and what could be the conclusion......
