No I am 16yo 163cm or 5'4 my mom is 5'2 and my dad is 5'8, if I get marpe and get a headgear would it help me

I am 16yo and currently have braces but I have one tooth extracted so bite is asymmetrical so my orthodontist said I can't have marpe unless I extract a fully Healy tooth
