Don't take it everyday, less is better. Make sure to get a good moisturiser and suncream before you start using. I recommend Vanicream products, they don't contain shit that will make your acne worse and the moisturiser is great for keeping skin hydrated.

I instantly used 0.05 every night, you CAN do it in other places but, you shouldn’t.
every night, if possible, also try to increase your strength to 0.1 as 0.025 will induce little results overtime.

Just apply the moisturizer and make sure to apply it well and evenly in circular motions while you massage it in well. Then a pea size amount of tret, then the moisturizer again.
