As we all know, lycopene is the shit from red vegetables that can give you redder skin when dosed at high amounts through supplementation which is very good for colouring.
The problem with this is that lycopene is also very good at blocking DHT and being an anti-androgen.
My question is to what extent does it inhibit androgenic functions and if it is even that impactful at all in inhibiting androgens.
Thoughts?
