First off, I want to apologize if my English is not that good. I am not a native speaker.

“Nothing is impossible. The word itself says I'm Possible.” – Audrey Hepburn

I hear it everytime. It isn't possible. It is over. THERE IS ALWAYS an even greater level to which you can improve. The same applies to looks.
I often hear people saying, that it is impossible for them to get hollow cheeks without changing their entire face structure. People think that if you have bad cheekbones and bad facial structure in general, you are unable to achieve this beauty standard.
This is complete nonsense.

Hollow cheeks are a result of a low fat distribution in the cheeks. There are things such as the height of your cheekbones, that can improve hollow cheeks to some degree but the main factor is always BODY FAT.

Now why doesn't everyone in this forum have hollow cheeks?
Well, because the amount of face fat you have is completely determined by your genetics. You could eventually cut to 6% Bodyfat near death and still not have this wonderful feature, just because you have relatively more fat in your face than in other parts of your body.
A lot of people could cut down to 7-8% bodyfat and see hollow cheeks as a result, but would I recommend that?
NO.

I am a very experienced lifter who had many bulking and cutting phases with body-weight varying between 78kg and 98kg. Cutting to a low body fat, in which hollow cheeks could become visible is just unhealthy for the vast majority of people. Most of you would not even be able to maintain sub 11% body fat. Your libido would vanish, you would be tired all the time and you would think about food every fucking minute.

But what if we would simply just lose the fat in our face?
If you are willing to go on a calorie deficit (The requirement of every cut to lose weight), you would lose fat all over your body. Spot educing fat by this way is not possible.

Now is there any method, that could make us only lose our chubby cheeks?
Yes, it is simple and cheap.

You have to perform a injection lypolisis on yourself, which this guide will be focusing on.

Injection lipolysis is a way of getting rid of some fat in your body without surgery. It involves getting some shots of a special liquid that can break down the fat cells and make them go away. The liquid is made of two chemicals that are normally found in your body, but in higher doses they can destroy the fat cells. The two chemicals are **sodium deoxycholate** and **phosphatidylcholine**³. The shots are usually given in areas where you have extra fat, like under your chin or on your belly. The procedure is not very painful, but you will have swelling, bruising, or redness afterwards. The results are not immediate, but you should see some improvement after a few weeks. Injection lipolysis is not a weight loss treatment, but it can help you get rid of some stubborn fat that does not go away with diet and exercise. ¹²³

Clinics that offer injection lypolisis, often charge you 300 - 800 $ for just ONE session. I myself did 3 Session which costed me 8€ each.
They will tell you that they're specialists and that's why the costs are so high. This is also complete bullshit in my opinion. The only thing they do is creating a shape on your cheeks and injecting the liquid. This is something that everyone of you can easily do at home and with a sterile environment, won't possess big risks.
Again I paid around 25€ for 3 Sessions. 25€ to get hollow cheeks.

Now who is suitable for a injection lypolisis?
You should talk with your doctor if you're allergic to any of the substances we are about to inject. But if you're not a soy allergic, you should be fine.
I HIGHLY suggest cutting down to sub 15% body fat, before doing this procedure. Again, there is nothing hindering you from doing it if you have high body fat. But the results will be less prominent by far.
The fat cells that we are about to kill do not increase in their amount when you gain fat, they increase by volume. Meaning that the number of fat cells in your cheeks will always be the same.
Now, if we want to destroy a high amount of fat cells in our face, a environment of low volume cells will perfect, because the substances will easier affect all of them. They won't need to cover a big surface like when you have high body fat %. This is why you should be sub 15% for optimal results.
There are many guides explaining how to lose weight in a healthy way and if you are not willing to do so, you are just lazy and cope by visiting this forum.

Mechanism of action of deoxycholic acid Image adopted from Ref 5 Q320

I recommend using Ibuprofen 3-4 days prior to the injection and using it for 1 week after, in order to minimize the amount of swelling, that will occur shortly after injecting. Swelling will definitely occur. It can be very bad, it can be very light, it can last shortly, it can last for weeks, but important is, that it will occur. There is just no way to prevent it. Use ibuprofen, cool the swollen area and stop doing heavy exercises for a week. If you keep doing these things, the swelling will probably last for 2 Weeks but you will already look fine and normal after week 1.

Now, assuming that you're...
... a healthy individual
... not allergic to soy or other ingredients of the liquid
... are sub 15% body fat
... not having an important meeting or date on the same week you're injecting
... using Ibuprofen 3-5 Days before injecting.

, you can start your first injection session and will probably start seeing your first results once the swelling is completely gone around week 2 - 3.

Be patient, it is a marathon, not a sprint.

A good indicator that the substances are doing their job is your urine getting very dark even though you are drinking a lot of water. This is because the destroyed fat cells get pissed out of your body.
For me, the beginning of the dark urine was also the time when I saw the first results.
As this study shows [...], most of the job is already done once the swelling is gone after 2 Weeks. The results will get optimised till week 8 though.

But if you are not satisfied with the results by week 4 after your first injection, you can do another session and 4 weeks after that another one and so on.

I wouldn't recommend doing more than 5 sessions per year and in a row.

But don't worry, if you are sub 15% body fat, one session should give you good results and 2-3 should be more than enough for you to achieve your goal.

Now that we have gone through the theory, let's start to practice our knowledge.

What you will need:

• 5ml (per session) of Injection Lypolisis liquid (I used Dermastabilon but there are a ton of different ones just check the ingredients)
• BD Syringes with a short and thin needle
• Alcohol swaps for desinfication
• A pen
• KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE FACE ANTANOMY ESPECIALLY THE ARTERIES - If you accidently inject into an artery, don't worry. Most likely, nothing will happen. But you should not provoke it. To make sure you won't inject into an artery, make sure you know the facial antanomy, aspirate before every injection and if you feel heavy pain when inserting the needle, DON'T inject.

1. Preparation: Start by cleaning the cheeks with an antiseptic solution. Then mark the injection sites with a pen. You should create a grid with 1cm² squares on the buccal fat pad. There is a picture of an example grid below and a picture of the buccal fat pad location. Use the pictures as a rough orientation and use your common sense to draw the grid.

5
4

2. (Optional) Anesthesia: You may numb the cheeks with a local anesthetic cream or injection e.g. lidocaine. This is not always necessary, but it can help to reduce discomfort.

3. Injection: Use a very thin needle to inject the lipolytic solution into the marked 1cm² injection sites. I use BD Micro-Needles because they have the perfect needle lenght and thickness. The depth of the first FAT layer on the face varies depending on the individual. However, it is generally located between 2 and 5 millimeters below the skin.
The solution will be injected into the subcutaneous fat layer, which is the layer of fat just beneath the skin.
You should inject arround 0.075ml per site, but it depends on the amount of squares you created. If your face only allows for a grid of 8 squares per cheek, then you should divide the 2.5ml that we use per side of the cheek by the number of squares per side of the cheek.
So if you had 8 squares per cheek, you would inject 2,5 : 8 = 0.31ml per site.
I wouldn't recommend injecting more than 0,1 - 0,2 ml per site, but you get the point.

3

4. Post-injection: Clean the cheeks with an antiseptic solution.

5. Post-treatment: Regulary apply a cold compress to the cheeks to reduce swelling and discomfort. Use 400mg Ibuprofen every 6-8 hours a day. Don't do heavy exercises for at least one week after treatment.

-------

I saw great results after the first injection and was completely satisfied after third treatment. Many girls were saying that I look more mature and have a got a very defined face. Some friends of mine actually asked me how the fuck I got those hollow cheeks out of nowhere. I simply replied I got older.

I think there is not a lot to say more. This is a simple guide. You could injure yourself and suffer consequences. I am not saying this guide is safe, the information I provided is 100% true or that you should do it. I am not a doctor. It is all on your own responsibility, if you are willing to try it.

Anyways, I am looking forward to reading about and seeing your results!

So if you had 8 squares per cheek, you would inject 2,5 : 8 = 0.31ml per site.
I wouldn't recommend injecting more than 0,1 - 0,2 ml per site, but you get the point.

Nice, now everyone can see you as the boneless fuck you are

View attachment 2545081View attachment 2545080

I've done it, it works but after 6 injections results are underwhelming but I'm not gonna complain, I had chubby cheeks at 10% bf :/
Just gotta be patient. Good guide.

Never crossed the line it was too unsubstainable but after doing this man I've gone down to 12% and I was way leaner in the face than at 10%. Which let me think that when I will be 10 again it's gonna be ok (18% bulking now :( )

Bone structure too, narrow face with hollow eyes will make you look malnurished

How someone else done this? Seems interesting: @pneumocystosis I saw you post something on this topic. Are you planning in on doing it?

greycel theories from rural mumbai.. no seriously i think the risk to reward ratio on this is way too low even if you know the face anatomy

Hello, I've read on this thread and done some research and eventually got myself to buy 20 ampules of Dermastabilon. Would this also be effective if I inject higher up in the face like around the zygoma? Are the any areas of the face I should avoid? I am like sub 15bf% yet have quite a bit of facial fat around the face. @CeraV

Don't worry, being sub 15% and having a bit of facial fat is completely normal.
Make sure not to inject too far up. Injecting around zygoma can just make you look older. For the beauty effect try injecting the lower and middle part of the cheek a bit beneath the zygos.

Make sure everything is sterile and good luck mate!

Alright bro, was watching this guy Dr Tim Pearce on youtube he seemed to have good information, what about injecting around the jawline to get a more defined jaw? Is it too risky with the arteries? Read that you could face serious problem if you happen to inject into the arteries. I won't be injecting around the zygoma.

Injecting in the jaw area and underneath works well. There is one important artery at the ramus that you should avoid. But afaik, injecting injection lypolisis liquid into an artery isn't that dangerous. The density of injection lypolisis liquids will most likely not cause any harm.
It isn't the same like injecting a filler which then blocks the artery and makes you go blind.
But do your research, I could be wrong.

Is there a big difference between Dermastabilon and Lemonbottle? There is another thread on this forum that talks about the risks going blind but if Lemonbottle is a filler then you are absolutely correct. Do you have any videos to link to help me avoid these arteries? Also some anatomy, I guess you could say that I'm kind of paranoid as this is my first time using a needle by myself ever.

@CeraV
It's done. I did a total of 50 injections at 0.1ml. Feeling some numbness and swelling as of right now, I will update if there are any major changes, if any, in the coming weeks.

Although its not as swollen as I thought it would be. At least I didn't go blind, but I can kind of feel some aching in the cheeks, not so much around the jaw line where I injected. The only issue I faced really was my needle being to short to reach the bottom of the ampule, so I had to tilt it a bit, so it worked out.
