Eye area surgery is not easy, and getting perfect somerhalder eyes by the end of it is insanely difficult, pretty much impossible

Yeah im not getting anywhere near somerhalder lvl eye area even with surgery but im just tryna figure out what makes his eyes look so deep set and shadowed

Im saving for undereye fat grafts and potentially fat grafting on supraorbitals too
