How are incels treated in Christian communities?

I was watching a documentary on the “quiverfull” movement. Apparently some conservative Christian’s will literally breed as many white babies as possible. This means lots of sex and lots of intimacy. And it seems like the communities actively encourage breeding.

So what happens to autistic socially awkward incels in those communities? Are they assigned a girlfriend? Or do they die by suicide seeing everyone else breeding and mating in front of them?
