I've been in the gym for 4 months and these are my lifts:
-30kg/66lb*10 reps, incline dumbbell press.
-55kg/121lb*10 reps OHP.
-110kg*/242lb*5 reps squat.
-140kg/308lb*3 reps deadlift
Body measurements:
-170cm/5'7
-80kg/176lbs
-17cm/6.7in wrist
-25cm/8.8in ankle
-52cm/20.47in bideltoid
-41cm/16in neck
-183/6ft cmReach
I go to the gym 4 times a week
