How are my stats?

19 inch bideltoid (47inch circumference)
Chest 40 inch
31 inch waist (slightly bloated, usually 30 inch)
wrists 6.5 inch
ankles 8 inch
calf 13.5 inch
thigh 21 inch
forearm 11 inch unflexed
bicep 13.5 inch flexed
neck 15 inch

Are my stats good for my height/weight/bf%? (do I have a good base? I've been gymcelling for 6 months, was previously spooky skeleton at ~130lbs before)
Any thoughts on what my stats would be at say 170lbs? I think thats a good weight goal to achieve, not big but certainly not small.


Anything I should pay particularly close attention to thats lacking?

yeah practice walking on tippy toes so eventually it becomes normal because 5'10 is manlet in 2022. Combine that with shoe lifts should be at a solid height of 6'4+

Tbf they grew by 0.5 inches since starting so hopefuly theyll grow more? Ankles are defintiely over though, they havent changed.

whats the cause of small wrists? My dads wrists look big and mums look above average, all my grandparents have thick wrists, is it a generational thing or does it thicken with age?
 

ffmi 19 so you're the PSL 4 of bodies essentially. PSL 4 of height too. Hope your face is at least PSL 4.

Higher wrist circumference=more bone mass=more area where the muscle attaches=higher muscle potential
