31 inch waist (slightly bloated, usually 30 inch)
wrists 6.5 inch
ankles 8 inch
calf 13.5 inch
thigh 21 inch
forearm 11 inch unflexed
bicep 13.5 inch flexed
neck 15 inch
Are my stats good for my height/weight/bf%? (do I have a good base? I've been gymcelling for 6 months, was previously spooky skeleton at ~130lbs before)
Any thoughts on what my stats would be at say 170lbs? I think thats a good weight goal to achieve, not big but certainly not small.
Anything I should pay particularly close attention to thats lacking?
