How are nordics and meds considered the same race?

Both of them are considered to be white.

Orientalid pheno:

This phenotype is considered to be brown(non white typically found in MENA) yet somehow the med phenotype is white even tho the med phenotype resembles this brown phenotype far more than the nordic phenotype.

I never saw Southern Italians, Spanish or Greek people as white. Same with Albanians.
