They are governed mostly by their emotions, throw temper tantrums when they can't do/behave/get whatever they want, and don't take any responsibility for anything.

What exactly makes normie behavior any different from that of a child?

It's true. The physcological profile of most people is barely any different from the average 11 year old. Almost the whole of modern "culture" centers around teaching people that they aren't responsible for anything that happens to them.

Save for a few young girls (think 18-21), none of the things mentioned are characteristics of the people I voluntarily interact with and these people are as 'normie' as it gets.
