How are people multitasking

I know people who are in uni ,have a full time job,go to a course.How they are doing that on top of that having a social life ,going to the gym ect. I can barely do one thing at a time.

They genrally have part time job but you should study when you are class , when you driving, lunch breaks and blah blah

That's not multitasking, they do these things separately, not at the same time - they go to courses, then go to their job, then go out with their friends, etc. Some people have a huge amount of energy and simply can't stay still, they need to be busy permanently, they might have a job and go to a university, then will join other courses for example to fill their whole time, while other people after finishing courses are so tired and don't have energy for anything else and they just want to go home and relax.

i cannot imagine being to uni after that to work and after that socialize but thats how normal people are
