how are the guys in big cities so skinny?

they're all super lanky and thin wtf are they eating? are they all on vegan diet they do look pale they probably were breastfed and had lots of meat and dairy but as adults they eat vegan so they're underweight and their bones pop off I felt insecure at the bar tonight when these skinny guys with very visible jawlines passed by
