why not? drugs can fix your skin (and make it glow and smooth asf), help you get leaner, grow your eyelashes/hair, improve your physique, make you leaner, fix your coloring. this is just counting systemic injectables/orals excluding any localized procedures in the face.

it all sounds really basic, but you aren't getting to the aesthetic peak within your prime in any of those categories using normie methods, maybe with the exception of leanness and skin with certain products or makeup
