How are y'all muscle building/bodybuilding genes

Im not talking about how the muscle looks like frame/insertions,

but the ability to pack on lean contractile tissue and maintain leaness.

For me, i've always been like skinnyfat even after 1.5 years of consistent training,

but the training was before puberty so maybe that's why I built such little muscle,(16.5 currently)

I got back into it so lets see if I can actually put on size

so I can conclude my ability to pack on muscle is shitty but I think I can stay lean easily once I get there in a few weeks

as for getting lean, I notice that I can lean down quickly if I apply effort, I probably have naturally skinny-lean genes just plagued by the modern world calorie bombs.

im not lean currently but I'm below 20% and I'm leaning down quickly, I think I just haven't stuck to a deficit before, I've always bulked when I got too small.

I'm not Indian, infact both of my ethnicites are known to have pretty amazing bodybuilding genes. idk

What ethnicity are you?
my mom is Italian and polish

My dad is like 50% italian, an then a bit of north African(Egypt) an then a bit of eastern Turkish/western Iran.

my DNA test is like 12 percent polish,, 55 percent southern euorpean/medditernean

an then the rest %30 was a mix of northern African and eastern turkey/antolian region it said, mostly north african

I build mass hella easy and stay roughly between 18-20 percent fat, I have always been big and strong and I’d co solder myself lucky for that because it is definitely a better base than skinny fat

U likely have an endomorph build
