Right before my college closed due to the virus, I started to work out to get in better shape. I'm already skinny but I think I can lose some body fat, as my diet has been pretty shit and I never worked out before. Obviously now w/ all the gyms closed (pissed cuz my school had an amazing gym), I'm wondering how you guys are keeping/improving shape? I'm considering buying weights but idk, kinda feels like a waste of money. Would doing pushups + situps and running be effective?
