How are you supposed to hide AFTER EFFECTS from parents?

Like take for examples, looking uncanny after doing something like AQUALYX, or PCL/PDO THREADING, because ive seen after results and its prety obvious they had procedures done.

of course it would be done DIY.

but yeah like how do you hide that and not get caught?
i mean i think i could go to my grandparents over the summer and do it there.

i did grow like a foot last time i went to my grandmas and came back (i was gone for a week max they dont even live far at all)

so yeah honestly i could
