False. The guys i see irl who date a girl like that usually are tall mtn+ with similar pheno. I don't think I've ever seen a sub saharan cel with a chick like that unless status maxxed in his local area/school or tyrone lite.

She is black so basically just be white or have blue eyes she will glaze. Or
be tall, because she works out and is therefore susceptible to that confirmatory bias if you’re big.
