5L warm water, warm enough to feel the heat but not brun, 1kg sugar, ~ 3 grams of bakers yeast (turbo yeast is better) poke a hole in a balloon and put it on top of the lid, and let it cook for 2 weeks. After that you should have over 5 liters of 10% alcohol. If you use turbo yeast you can get up to 20%
