How bad are chin implants or sliding genioplasty recovery compared to septorhinoplasty? And can I do it already at 27% bf?

Basically my Misc, Dimo and Harmony are 'alright-ish' to 'below average' (I would say mltn-tier maaaybe hltn from good angles) but my Angularity is DEEP in 'subhuman' tier (would say mid-tier subhuman; not total 'jawlet tier' but still bad enough). I don't think I'm ugly/repulsive but more in the 'harmless/safe' category.

I also don't really know how much stuff like this matters at festivals at night when girls are on drugs, because drugs do alter their perception a LOT. I did hook up a few times before but it was moreso due to luck, nichemaxxing and approach volume.

I think I legit focused on the wrong thing.
I got nose surgery, skincare, grooming and a hair system while I kept gaining more weight. I think my appeal is LOWER now than it was a year ago. I just assumed "Hippie girls at festivals only care about guys with long hair, so no need to worry about my weight and angularity"; I kept getting told by blackpilled AIs "your baldness is a significant handicap" and weight was mentioned only passingly
