How bad are cold showers

I’m not a fucking retard so I know cold showers won’t ascend me, but I really like them, I’ve heard that they are bad for looks for lots of different reasons is that true?

Just dont do like really cold showers after the gym so it doesnt lower inflammation and before sleeping maybe but morning should be fine

I mean cold showers are good for u, cause it makes ur bloating less and it helps with muscle recovery, but don't do it at night cause it gives u enegry
