How bad are fillers really?

I have been thinking about getting chin and cheekbone fillers. I want to try them out for a possible temporary augmentation procedure rather than going straight to chin and cheekbone implants.

Right now, I have a chin that is slightly recessed. I have a bad ogee curve that looks bad unless my bf is under 12%. I am not looking into jaw filler because my jaw is already wide and because of the high migration risk.

I want to try out chin filler for chin projection and cheekbone filler for cheekbone volume and for cheekbone appearance contrast to my masseters. I am planning to get a small amount, maybe around 1-2 syringes. I might even consider implants if I am satisfied with the cheekbone structure.

Has anyone else seen the filler study that shows evidence that fillers last 5-10 years instead of the 1 year that they say they last in the zygomatic region? Is residual filler going to make it hard to get the implants later on?

Anyone who has done fillers then implants wish they just went straight to getting the implants instead of using fillers?

Also would using fillers to preview what getting implants would look like keep you looking the same as using fillers, or are fillers and implants two structures that are just too far apart to make that comparison similar?

I don't want jaw fillers because I don't want to look boxy. I just want to address two structural deficits.

chin filler way safer than zygo one, isn't really bad as filler dissolvers work very good in both situations

Yeah for sure the risk of migration is low in chin and is also shown to dissolve in the actual specified time frame. However, my ROI on slight zygo filler, I believe, would be far greater.

Depends on how much they actually inject and I've seen some great transformations. The unappealing part is the migration and it is not a permanent solution like implants. Whats your thoughts on using them as a sort of "preview" to what implants would look like if done conservatively?

I think that’s a great idea bcs u get to see angularity of face also if you look natural and is good to see what matches your head shape

They’re good. DIY is easy, their are many guides
