I am still going gymmax but how bad are my body genes overall never gonna skip shoulder and neck day ;p (and yes i need to shave)

they arent noticeably big but your chest is noticeably smaller than the rest of you

Yeah nip distance is indeed subhuman over for chest genes but i will still gymcel because having muscles is just a nice achievement

I do push pull leggs 6 times a week sometimes i skip 1 legday :p but wont do again

Do ribcage expension. Check your blood work for thyroid T4, TSH, T3 and rT3 (reverse T3, if possible) and post your results on Ray Peat Forum .com

Don't know what your bodyfat is, so I don't know if you can lose more weight around your hips and waist. You need to work on your lats to widen the upper half of your body and emphasize your v taper to avoid the fridge look, even though your shoulders are wide enough. Not shit, you just need to improve your masculine proportions.
 
i wouldn't worry about it, your body's fine imo.
