How bad are my hips and what is within my reach to improve frame? 19

I suppose there is basically nothing you can do with the hips with, but is there anything you can do to maximize frame?

[my upper body remains skinny fat, meanwhile my legs are normal; should I prioritise cardio or strength training?]

lat pulldown
side lateral raise
eat food

They are bad, but u can still gymcel hard enough for them to not become too annoying, however it will take around 5 years because u need to do a special type of exercise, the L-sit pullup which will maximize ur frame around the hip area and make the V taper look big.

Your ribcage is small and hips are wide with small clavicles, brutal.

You need lots of training and roids to “fix” this but it’s possible.

Test plus HGH for frame growth whilst using an AI. Do compound exercises to build the width of your upper body. These include weighted chin/pull ups, dips, OHP, Rows, Bench and lateral raises. Train your obliques to give a more straight look to your midsection. Try rib cage training by doing stomach Vacuums, Pullovers, swimming and squats. Train the Serratus muscle too.
