Do ANYTHING to keep your hair, you can’t afford to go bald with that skull shape.
In the mean time, keep your sides long but get a very low fade around your sideburns to keep your face from looking chubby.

This is something that chewing actually helps with. The temporalis muscle can grow quite nicely, in my experience. Much better than masseters.
