20yo How bad are my nasolabial folds for my age and is there any way to treat them without surgical intervention or filler? They’re more or less invisible at times but in certain lighting they pop out a lot more. I attached a few pics in different lighting for reference.

De bloating and loosing fat overall would reduce them.

But in most cases it’s about cortisol (stress) levels, even though it might not seem like it. If you’re undergoing any discomfort, sadness, or anything negative for prolonged amount of times per day, then it is most likely the reason. Try to search for comfort and avoid cardio as it spikes cortisol.

It could also be allergies but it’d be more obvious but it’s still a possibility, I had the same issue and it was a mix of cortisol levels and allergies so try to get it checked.

I’m somewhat mentally ill and have a constant feeling of impending doom and am very anxious so I’m sure my cortisol levels run high and I do get allergies sometimes, especially seasonally. I had always been under the impression that it was a genetic thing tied to aging though that I couldn’t really change.
