Your meal is not nutritionally perfect in any way whatsoever

What nutrients are you even adding spinach for?

Also oxalate content depends on how mature the spinach is and how much you cook it.

Lmk and i'l try to help you out, even tho i'm not an expert on the matter eather..
Big Q knowledge I love it

Doesnt matter what nutrients youre getting if youre also ingesting a lot of antinutrients its for nothing

all anti nutrients are bad asf especially spinach and kale (greeny leafs/veggies), they can limit your magnesium/calcium/zinc absorption by up to 90% and you'll be chronically deficient. and if you eat anti nutrient containing foods with other products or take vitamins while eating oxalates and other antins will bind to nutrients in other foods too. just cut out all foods high in any anti nutrients most of them are not even tasty

Hehe thx

You are hardly getting any of the magnesium tbh, avocados are better (IMO)

Might get some of the other micronutrients tho ig..

A lot of them aren't very bioavailable / not present in the bioavailable / active form.

Anyways, i wouldn't really eat spinach tbh..

IF you do, make sure to blanch it and drain the water, then eat it with some sort of fat...

For the folate (and a lot of other stuff) you are probably better off eating some liver.

You can get a raw liver, make a bunch of small cubes and freeze them.

Eat 1 a day.

Just cook spinach in oil, dumm6

Oxalates are good for you

But the fiber and cellulose and everything else in vegetables that’s not water and nutrients is bad

Thats why juicing is better for you

Oxalates become harmful when cooked as well
