How bad are side effects from roids

I've seen so many horror stories of people getting liver failure and shit I don't know what to believe.
Will i actually die of a stroke at 37 or get any major side effects if I take roids?

Impossible to answer when you're using steroids as an umbrella term.
Each compound varies wildly, in terms of effects and side effects.

There's a difference in going full retard mode blasting 19-nors, and doing conservative test+primo blasts for example. With the first one probably putting you in the grave earlier.

But it all really comes down to cumulative damage over long periods of time.
What leads the vascular issues for example is having BP out of range over time, messed up lipids over time etc.
