How bad are undereye and nose fillers or is it just fearmongering

Yeah obviously its gonna migrate if you over inject but what if you got 1-2ml of HA filler and dissolved it before it migrates?

Undereyes are apparently super risky for fillers but are they really if ur not a retard getting it done by a shitty injector and overfilled

Is nose filler also rly that bad

If i got a little bit of filler at top of my nose and on nose tip for more projection id probably be fine, wouldnt need to spend thousands on rhino just paycheck instead
