How bad does alcohol impact your hyoid?

Been in my alcoholic era drinking about 4-5 times a week for the past 3 months and this is a photo from the side taken while I was talking. My hyoid used to be a lot higher but I think the alc is making me fat. Wish I could quit, but sadly idk what else to do in life I do really live for it and I can’t find a girl who likes me they all think I’m trolling and don’t even give me attention prob know I’m serious just wanna get away from me

Well I thought that the alcohol would inflame your liver causing u to bloat therefore making my hyoid lower I mean obviously the bone doesn’t move but just how it looks back when I was sober I barely had it

I can’t do benzos the withdrawals I went through were fucking outrageous I will try k tho

benzo and alcohol are the only two drugs that can kill you from withdrawl some alcoholics get on benzos for alcohol addiction like suboxone for opiods alcohol is also way more toxic to every cell in your body i would honestly pick benzo addiction over alcohol addiction

The brain fog from benzos are way worse for me at least though and I need to be a smart guy I have school I make money I need my brain

If you plan on quitting taper and if thats too hard just go hospital honestly its not worth a seizure
Ive had alcohol withdrawal myself I dont want to get addicted ever again personally that shit is too much for me
