I think it’s the angle that’s making my eyebrows looks like their raised. And I’m mostly leannmaxxed just have to lose a couple more lbs before reaching full 10%. I’ve been thinking of either a middle part or this sort of hairstyle

You need to get more hooding, but aside from that you look better than most gooks I see daily. The left (right on the picture) ear of yours could use some otoplasty/ear sticks cause of its projection to balance it out with the other ear.

I don't think mouth widening would be necessary, especially if a get a rhinoplasty to reduce nose width. Hopefully I can somewhat achieve everything else though without surgery like icehoodmaxxing and reducing body fat to 10% and waiting for what is hopefully the last of my baby fat to burn off.
