Almond neutre eye shape , neutral medial canthus tilt , excessive amount of upper eyelid exposure but it suit your harmony. Your eyebrows are thick but are too round. Overall : can’t change your eye area only your eyebrows

I would recommend fat grafting for UEE - that's the only fix that works. Overall though, you look good and shouldn't stress it too much.
