How bad does my lisp cuck me?

Any solutions to this? It doesn't get commented on but it's why i don't like looking directly at people when i'm talking, I just think I move my mouth in unflattering ways, like the words sound right I don't have a lisp where i can't say S's or anything its just that my mouth is making the wrong shapes for certain letters.

On a scale of 1-10 on how much it cucks my life I would say a 2.5/10, and mind you I am already a diagnosed awkward and clumsy autist, I always get made fun of for sounding like "corpse husband" or like I'm deep-throating my voice, and it is so hard to speak sometimes people always laugh at me for stuttering, but it hasn't really affected my dating life at all

i think we notice it less from our pov tho like to other people its noticable like 4/10
