Just get rhino lol 'fixing' noses has always been cope no matter how tight you make your nose skin it'll always retain its shape

There’s ways to make it thinner, using pharmaceuticals or maybe possible needles but the bump would need rhinoplasty sadly

this was new year’s eve when i took the video so i was pretty tired
