Yea, I'd definetly use bottom brow method.

This is because brow placement, to my knowledge isn't influenced my the orbital itself.

Measuring from the bottom brow, is also basically the exact start of your Middle 3rd.

okay I think mine is a bit better then, my brows are actually a bit asymmetrical so one is slightly higher than the other but measuring like that im about 1.81-186 ish
