I’m only on 6iu Hgh and 2400mg berberine
I’m going to try to walk for atleast 15 minutes after every major meal and add metformin if it doesn’t get better
I really want to up the dose to 8iu but I don’t want to become diabetic
Anyone have advice don’t clown me:feelswhy:

I feel like 115 is pretty bad especially with 2400mg berberine
But I’ve had such amazing growth on 6iu I want to up
you should prob get a insulin test done with a professional blood test, 115 is pretty high with bg support like berberine

Retatrutide is probably the most effective solution for your insulin sensitivity here. I suggest adding it to your stack

I don’t want to lose weight though, in fact I want to gain 5-10lbs over the next 2-3 months.
Do you think with a small enough dose it would be able to suppress blood glucose levels sub 100 but not make me turn into a twink?

reta at a lower dose could actually be really beneficial for bulking. Reta dosnt affect appetite as much as other glp's while promoting insulin sensitivity, helping to counteract the gh's insulin resistance. Personally reta literally barely blunts appetite unless at a super high dose - one thing to note though is that for me when i would check my blood glucose levels they were much higher while taking reta bc of its glucagon effect, but after getting bloodwork done my HbA1c was low (meaning low risk of insulin resistance/diabetes).

If it gets bad you could use Metformin, Jardiance, or Acarbose (or all three together no real issues combining them would acc help with A1c, but there are debates on effectiveness with hgh bc they all affect igf1 counter productive to hgh).
metformins prob good to have on hand as its best for general Insulin resistance.
Jardance is best for fasting blood sugar, removing the sugar from your system and has some cardio/kidney beneftis, but dosnt nessecarrally improve sensitivity just helps in removing excess glucose.
Acarbose is best for glucose spikes after meals.

Reta at a lower dose is def best as it wont affect your igf1 levels and will help w insulin resistance, if its still bad I would say metformin and jardiance could help with both insulin sensitivity and fasting glucose levels.

mark as solution bhai lmk how it goes :feelshmm:
