well see my problem is is that it's caused by an overbite, thankfully i have 0 medical issues. That does however mean insurance wont cover and i dont wanna pay 15 for bsso and prolly genio

you can literally just get a genio & it will work perfectly.

since you don't have any underlying dental issues this is the best solution. Easy & quick recovery, simple procedure that is hard to fuck up.

just looked at your x-ray again

brutal thing is that you'd be a good BSSO + genio candidate, literally prime base for that.

If you want to go an easier route though, you can legit just get genio & it will remedy your problem a bit. Personally I'd correct the underlying issue but I understand time & money are limiting factors for people.

Usually people have one. Good chin bad jaw - o'pry, gandy, christian bale. Good jaw bad chin - brad pitt, henry cavill. There's a sweet spot of gonial angle where you can have both chico is there.
