I’m very focused on anti aging but I wouldn’t stop drinking unless I have an alternative like weed in a vape pod or some other drug

I have cut down considerably. It’s just generally a bad idea for inflammation, gut health etc. Best limiting it to a glass or a beer every two weeks. Stay off hard alcohol if you can. If you can’t just have one.
