Been drinking more, just how bad is it?
 
Not that bad if you have good bones, pretty bad if you don't and overdo it

well, let's look at this logically

alcohol is pure carbs

carbs crowd out calories that could otherwise be consumed in the form of protein

and protein is what builds your skin, hair, teeth, etc.

so yes, it's bad

Hey OP: you want better looks?

Consume collagen protein every day and consider something like Hyaluronic acid on top of it.

Also take a very strong quality probiotic/prebiotic alongside some raw honey every day.

And eat lots of fruit and drink coconut water regularly because the potassium will strip bloat off your face even better than starvation or ketosis.

You can drink alcohol just don't overdo it

protein builds the things that enhance looks: skin, hair, muscle, teeth, bone

any form of calories that crowds out protein intake will negatively affect your looks

Not really at all. You need to realize that your internal state will dictate many things like stress hormones. Eating carbs reduces cortisol whereas restricting them will chronically increase cortisol, which further leads to reduced testosterone and lower quality sleep worse skin etc. It all plays in together. @kjsbdfiusdf

I highly doubt it. The building blocks of skin/hair/nails/connective tissue are Collagen proteins, which have very different amino acids than traditional protein sources. More glycine L-proline and hydroxyproline which also happen to help with relaxation and reduce cortisol, I notice a dramatic calming effect when I use my daily multi-collagen complex.

Btw gelatin can also be great for this

And I think there is one case where a person can gain more from alcohol than they lose: if they're non-NT, anxious, have little friends and just need it to take away their inhibition for a night so they can actually talk to people and form connections and get to know people.

For example, I was on Phenibut when I asked my gf out, and it made it so easy and took the edge away. And look at the result, we've been dating for nearly 2 years and it was my first LTR (tho I might breakup eventually for some reasons).

Not to mention that low-carb diets are proven to reduce metabolism and NEET, and they're usually not good for thyroid function.

You need a good balance of macronutrients and lots of micronutrients without too much antinutrients, estrogen mimetics, excessive fiber, or any foods you're sensitive to that cause an inflammatory response of some sort

It depends how lean you are. Short term it has no effect except bloating which is temporary. Long term it will destroy your fucking skin and health so just quit drinking tbh
