I think so, although loads of people who drink it aren’t but they’re just lucky, when I last drunk it I was bloated a tiny bit almost not noticeable

Doesn’t alcohol make you age worse despite your genetics?

Long term it’s very bad, worse than a lot of drugs. People who drink a lot age terribly, especially beer because of the gluten and carbs, beer guts are real.

I’ve been on downers since I was 14 and have had a stressful life, but even now at 31 people get thrown off by how young I look, among other things I thank never drinking much and gluten free diet for this.

it definitely does. Makes you bloated and tired. but as other people have mentioned, normies drink all the time and are perfectly fine. As long as you arent hammering several drinks per week you should be able to make a good recovery.

Mine too, I have family from Minnesota and Wisconsin which is one of the drunkest places on the planet and it’s shocking how bad a lot of people there age. A wine country place like California or Italy where maybe people do drink but it’s usually wine or cider and it’s in moderation is the opposite, people age much better.

So beer is the worst alcohol for looks?

I’d say so because even in moderation it’s doubly difficult for the body to digest, the alcohol is hard on the liver and the gluten, an extremely dense carbohydrate, is hard on the gut.

Binge drinking vodka and etc. is obviously bad too but I think beer is more insidious, people think they’re handling it and that’s it’s not as bad as other vices as they slowly end up looking like this, the bloating and the inflammation is for sure because of the beer.

I've been alcoholic 2 years now and no noticeable looksmins. You should ask me again in 20 years

Very. Inhibits fat loss, destroys nerves, causes edema, dehydrates your skin and depletes electrolytes, accelerates aging due to increased oxidative stress, makes you not care about your looks and hygiene. Heroin is less bad in terms of effects on looks.

Boi is asking questions that could be answered in 0,3s by GPT, of course its detrimental (been there, done that) when I stopped drink heavily I 'magically' lost a lot of weight in very short time, 4x0,5l 5% beer is like 1000kcal and when you get the habbit of doing this and worse you will end up looking like shit, might take YEARS for someone with mogger genetics and fast metabolism, and others start to also eat more, you're injecting lots of sugar/carbs while drinking and blood-glucose levels are getting fucked up, for example - you wake up after a binge and you're super hungry despite drinking shit ton of calories etc.

Thx needed to read that to remember that beer in the fridge can wait for a better occasion...
