Long term binge drinking can have an effect on your looks. At a young age, some casual drinking is fine since collagen forms at a larger capacity. The only short term effects you’ll see are bloat and redness in skin. If you binge drink like all your 20s or every weekend for multiple years then yes it will descend your collagen, skin tone, fat cells in face ect.
I don't drink and i am ugly as fuck, it's all genes:feelshmm:

Thank you for giving a good informational reponse. If I get drunk or just drink like once a month at a party will it have a big effect?

Nope not at all. You’ll only see short term effects the morning after. When you do drink, just ensure you are well hydrated (lots of water, electrolytes), and eat carbs ect.

Binge drinking technically means drinking 2-3 times per week and more than 3-4 drinks on those nights.

In summary, you are fine. Have fun occasionally. Don’t drink and smoke regularly.

not worth it, it rapes your collagen. combine it with smoking and its devastating for skin and overall health indicators

It makes you very bloated and other shit I don't care to research
I value being an alcoholic over being good looking
