Anyone who trains or competes in muay thai or other combat sports?
How much it affects day to day life?

High IQ is usually non-NT so brain damage is good

If you're dumb enough to waste brain cells on play fighting, whatever brain damage you get probably won't change anything

Competitive muai-thai? Or just training somewhere and sparring time to time?

I still think MT is the best striking martial art there is. But like grappling, the best martial art there is (Judo) is not the most popular one, the easier to train is (BJJ). Same story striking, the best one is MT but it's brutal, so boxing and kickboxing are the most popular.

You ll have a greater risk of dementia or other neutological degenerative ailnesses at older age, but doesn't matter because You are an oldcell already.

its obvious the more you get hit in the head the more brain damage you will get
