I always cook my food on teflon pan, nothing happens I dont think it does any harm.

Cooking in a Teflon pan is generally fine as long as you don’t overheat it (keep it below 500°F) or scratch it. Overheating can release harmful fumes, and scratches can cause the coating to flake. Use medium heat and non-metal utensils, and you’re good (i would still prefer iron)
