my dad is 170cm and my mom is 165cm
so i know im prob a forever manlet
i am fat i am 70kg and like 35% bodyfat and prob if il prob go from hltn to lmtn/mmtn
and should i cut rn or wait till 16 then cut

if you are genuinely overweight, just eat a small, 200/300 calorie deficit and ur chillin

You actually should cut down to like 12-15 because being fat increases aromatase which makes growth plate closure and bone growth cut off earlier. So get lean then eat well
