How bad is it possible to fuck up your iq

I was fat growing up and had a lot of estrogen, ate a lot of goyslop and probably had low thryoid levels but before all of this i had proven genius iq. How bad is it possible to fuck my iq up and is the fuck up reverseable because i still was pretty smart until 9th grade

Iq is very unstable as a kid but is more stable as an adult

Iirc they took kids who scored 130+, and tested them again as adults and the average score was like 123

I wish it was just about 7 points tbh it has to be a lot more than that because i quit being high iq and started being kinda low iq rn i think

I have very similar experience . But I think just because my grades went down it doesnt mean IQ also. It probably went up become more aware, more Complaxe think pattern recognition emotional thinking bla bla bla.
It went low for a time because of Depression maybe that is your reason. I also went to the gym and eat Real Food resulting in higher test and lose of interest in school

Yes I also understand this my Theory was:
I had early Puberty meaning more developed Brain early in comparison to others
Than the other people grew up and the gap between them and me became smaller
IQ maxing is easy when No depression lately I get a lot more smarter
