What do you mainly eat now?The main difference since fixing my diet was my energy. Im so much more energetic and its a lot easier to get stuff done

Diary: Kefir, Protein Skyr, Greek Yogurt, Quark
Fruits: Kiwi, Banana, Blackberry, Blueberry, Tangerine, Frozen tropical fruits (Mango, guava etc.), Dates
Vegetables: Cucumber, Tomatoes, Carrot
Rest of foods: Honey, Eggs, Butternut Squash, Parmesan Reggiano, Potatoes, Sweet Potatoes, Coconut Water, White rice, Maple Syrup.

If anything it WOULD have long term consequences, not short term. The downsides of bad diet is low energy, lack of nutrients which fucks up your hormones, acne.
