I am a mediterranean passing Latino (6'0 Robust LTN. Chilean) currently studying Mathematical Engineering and contemplating moving to either the US or Norway for my eventual PhD acquisition, any European brocels know if its too suifuel? America is loaded with spics and blacks anyways, i am quite ignorant at the moment on Norwegian culture and how racist/harsh they can be to outsiders

I don't plan on staying forever or dating over there in the case of moving, not even having sex, i just want to gather as much knowledge as possible and build a strong foundation to work in Computational Biology, and saving up is a priority as well, it is quite literally impossible to do so where i live, most people make $750 bucks per month and its all spent on basic living costs, at that rate i would end up having surgeries when im 40

Both places offer me similar benefits and have really solid working environments for my field, the US is more competitive though, don't know if i can mentally endure it, my teachers often tell me that our education system can be just as harsh but i believe they're exaggerating it, i've never truly immersed in Mathematics like an Asian dude may do, but who knows.

Norway seems to be much more stable for this reason but culturally they seem to be a polar opposite of mine while we share some traditions with Americans.
