What am I supposed to do with this shit. It’s brutal.

First things I want to confirm whether I have

1.) Gyno
2.) Wide hips
3.)Skinny fat.
4.) Narrow shoulders or frame in general

Plus what’s causing my body to look like this feminine and bad.

I checked my t levels and they came out exactly average in fact above average for a 16 year old. 525 ng/dl

I’m 180 cm and 70 Kg.

no I'm not trolling IMO if ur shoulders r narrow but ur waist is narrower I don't see the issue, but yea roids can probably do you really good because you have a small waist

I wanna train natty till I’m 18 since I don’t want growth plates to close with test.

After that if I still don’t see changes neither in my bone mass nor in my body Imma hop on test.

Also how bad are my t levels 523 ng/dl. Plus do I have gyno and narrow shoulders

test will not give you bone mass. Nor will hgh. You roid for your physque, not your face.

test will not give you bone mass. Nor will hgh. You roid for your physque, not your face.
Is bone mass for a face genetic? I thought maybe it would change if I hopped on trt. Especially since my t levels are bang average.

Some tell me to lose fat while others tell me to build muscle.

I have also heard about body recomposition but it gets mixed reviews most of the time

Another question. This is related to height.

So protein matters a lot for height as a building block.

But do calories like carbs and fat also matter.

I’m asking cuz if protein is the only thing that matters. Then I can CUT ( just chicken eggs and lean beef while avoiding rice) while not worrying about stunting my growth. Especially since the doctors told me my plates are open by quite a bit.

Should I actually cut tho. I’m scared I might lose height.

Yes you have a high bodyfat with very low muscle mass and also a bit of gyno. You need to cut to a very low bf and lean bulk. How old are you? You don't want to aggressively cut while still growing

How bad is the gyno? Is the gyno as bad as my hips. Or is it just chest fat since I’m untrained.


I’m 16 but I deffo hit puberty late and my plates are similar to 14.5 or a 15 year old

And as for gyno does my gyno look like some normal chest fat or actually man boob type shit where they are visible.

And lastly yeah so I should avoid cutting and instead focus on getting my calories clean and hit the gym since I’m still growing.

Yes it's ideal. Your gyno is very small but you have puffy nips. You should focus on maintenance, lifting, and eating lots of protein. Don't try to hit prs because that can affect your growth.

u look like u have very minor grade 1 gyno but frame is actually good not bad ur jus fat

Eat at my maintainance and train hard and lift weights. I might notice some changes since i have never lifted before so newbie gains?

As if said I don't wanna cut yet as I'm still growing.

Will those puffy nips go off once I lean down and build muscle. Like some cases the gyno sticks out and needs surgery. Do i need surgery?

no fuck no wtf ur waist is nice and narrow and shoulders are average width ur supposed to have a v shape frame as a man ideally 1:2 shoulder to waist and yes ur gyno should go away on its own

No square body is falo hourglass is ideal body building physique, that's why rich piana always did his autistic stomach suck ins and it's only a problem when your hips are wider than bidelt
