Ur main problem is your lower third, you just need that if u are rich and dont care risks go ahead and do all surgeries u want. In my case my problrm its my side short ramus and non ideal nose, but I cant afford both so if I only fill my gonions my nose will look better eith my side so its not necessary. U understand what I mean?

Yea but like wouldn’t insurance help s8nce I have an overbite and stuff and cover some of it like my nose is pressing bad too I hate it and my skin and eyes suck too I don’t believe it when people tell me that my eyes aren’t that bad even tho evrytime I look in the mirror all I see is pure hatred and disgust for myself
