fat graft preferably, pdo threads or fillers can work, fillers have some issues with not dissolving completely.

your parents likely have it too, these kind of issues are super genetic and you need to be extremely cautious if you're prone to hollowing because it can get worse quickly, but it's an abnormality for it to be this bad at your age already.

25 is a bit of an understatement, you don't tend to see this kind of hollowing in people below like 35 or even later.
